Upgrading
of the urban railway Halle - Leipzig, Lot 1, Germany (2002 - 2007)
Upgrading of the section is realised while maintaining the operation
of long distance and urban trains. Apart from double-track upgrading
of the section for speeds up to 120 km/h the new construction of
a tunnel and several bridges as well as equipping the railway section
with modern signal engineering and other railway facilities is required.

Outer
traffic development of the new state fair of Stuttgart, Germany
(2004 - 2007)
The construction of the new state fair (Neue Landesmesse) in Stuttgart
first necessitates extensive measures for the outer traffic development
of the future fair grounds. This includes, apart from the connection
with the Motorway A 8 Munich - Stuttgart, the redirection of the
L 1192 state highway as well as access to the new car park and the
inherent bridges and tunnels in open construction with building
pit lining. The vicinity to the Motorway A 8 places high demands
on the execution and necessitates a multitude of structural conditions
and traffic control measures.

Expansion
of the harbour train station "Alte Süderelbe Hamburg", Germany (2004
- 2008)
The handling of the future railway traffic, requires the expansion
of the "Alte Süderelbe" harbour train station at the Hamburg-Hausbruch
- Hamburg - Waltershof railway line in the Harbour of the Free Hanseatic
City of Hamburg. The railway system in the harbour represents the
link between the track facilities of the harbour plants and the
rail network of DB Netz AG.
For the expansion of the tracks, the entire northern head of the
station will be reconstructed, the road traffic in this area completely
rerouted and the high water protection facilities renewed.
