of our customers. Unobjectionable processing in relation to
contents and on time delivery are essential items to influence
customer satisfaction positively. To support these efforts,
we have operated a certified quality management system since
1996. Its effectiveness is continually subjected to internal
and external controls and it is constantly developed.
The QM manual containing process descriptions, operating procedures
and check lists is available in its entirety to every staff
member in electronic form through our company intranet.
